I have noticed a transaction with some coins I’ve never held

If you’ve noticed multiple outgoing transactions made with coins you’ve never held on your address (and there are no such transactions on the block explorer), don’t worry, it doesn’t mean your wallet’s security has been breached. Most likely, what you’re facing is a mere synchronization issue. The issue is now known for TRX, DOT, and BNB coins.

That’s how to get it resolved:

  1. Write down and save someplace safe your seed phrase, as found in Settings -> Private keys -> 12-word backup phrase.

  2. Uninstall the app and remove all the data related to it. Please refer to our our guide on clearing cache.
  3. Download the app again and install it from scratch.
  4. After launching the app, restore your wallet using your backup phrase.

Now, check your transaction history to make sure the problem’s gone.
