Why can't I load Atomic Wallet?
You open the app but it freezes on the initial image screen? We are constantly working on improving app performance, and we recommend to check if you use the latest version of the app – https://atomicwallet.io/downloads.
What else you can do:
- Check that the Android version is above the minimum requirements (Android 6.1 or later). Having an old operating system may cause the issue due to outdated technologies.
- Check your Internet connection and max network coverage. You can also try to switch between WI-FI and cellular mobile data to test it out.
- Turn your VPN off and on if you haven’t been using it.
- Renew your Webview.
