Why are some assets unavailable for exchange?

All the exchanges within the wallet are processed by our exchange partners ChangeNow and Changelly. All the trading pairs available within Atomic Wallet are provided by our exchange partners. 

How to check the availability of the pairs? 

You can either check the availability of the desired pair within the wallet itself by choosing the pair from the list. 

Or you can check if the pair is available or if the coin is available for the exchanges on the website of our partner ChangeNow.

 I see an error Pair is inactive.

If you see an error Pair is inactive, it means that the chosen pair is currently unavailable with our exchange partners. You can then check the status of the pair/coin on the status page of our partners. 

You may also contact us asking if the pair is available or will be available soon.
