We're facing a high volume of customer requests

We experience a massive overload with requests at the moment. Our support team works tirelessly to answer all your messages, however, the waiting time can take up to 72h. We will do our best to answer all the requests and we ask for your understanding.

How do I reload the wallet?

It’s good to reload the wallet if something goes wrong or to just give the wallet a clear start to re-connect. 

  1. In the opened wallet navigate through the left sidebar and click Exit
  2. You’ll then see a message Are you sure you want to close the application? Click Yes

  3. You can also close the wallet like a regular application by clicking the X on the top right corner for Windows and Linux OS, or the top left corner for Mac users

  4. After closing the application, open it again from the corresponding place on your device. You will be then asked to enter your password. Type the password and click Open Wallet.After the reloading check if everything is working correctly. 

  1. In the opened wallet navigate through the bottom bar and click More

  2. Navigate the list to the very bottom and find the Log out button. Tap on it and you'll exit the app.  

  3. After closing the application, open it again from the corresponding place on your device. You will be then asked to enter your password. Type the password and click Login.After the reloading check if everything is working correctly.
