How do I contact Atomic Wallet Support Team?

Via the wallet itself 

  • Through the 'Support' tab.
    Go to the 'Support' tab and click 'Contact support'; 

  • Through the 'Buy Crypto' tab. This option is preferable when you need to contact our support team regarding an issue with a purchase.
    Go to the 'Buy Crypto' tab and click 'Order History;  Select a payment that you have issues with and click 'Contact support'; 

  • Through the 'Swap' tab. This option is preferable when you need to contact our support team regarding an issue with a swap.
    Go to the 'Swap' tab and click 'Order History;  Select a swap that you have issues with and click 'Contact Support'; 

  • Through the 'Support' tab. 
    Tap the 'More' button at the bottom of the screen and select 'Support'; 

    From here you can either start a chat with us or contact us via email; 

  • Through the 'Buy Crypto' tab. This option is preferable when you need to contact our support team regarding an issue with a purchase. Go to the 'Buy' tab and tap 'Order History; Select a payment that you have issues with and click 'Contact support';

  • Through the 'Swap' tab. This option is preferable when you need to contact our support team regarding an issue with a swap.
    Go to the 'Swap' tab and tap 'Order History; Select a swap that you have issues with and click 'Contact Support';

Via our website

  1. Open our website; 
  2. Find the 'Help' button in the bottom right corner;

  3. Click on it and select the 'Ask' tab. Choose the Email or Chat option, whichever you prefer.  

Via our support form
