How do I import Atomic Wallet private keys to Metamask?
- Get the Metamask extension for your browser at the download page. The extension is available for Chrome, Brave, Firefox, and Edge. If you're a Safari user, either give one of these browsers a try or get the iOS app here.
- Install the extension.
- Click Get started.
- Click Create a wallet.
- Set up a password for your account and agree to the Terms of Use.
- Click on your 12-word backup phrase to reveal it. Write it down someplace safe and double-check everything.
- You'll be asked to confirm you got your backup phrase correctly. Enter it using the drag boxes to get the success screen.
- Click on your profile picture at the top of the screen.
Click the 'Add account or hardware wallet' button in the following menu.
Select the 'Import account' option.
- In your Atomic wallet app, click Settings on the left sidebar.
- Select Private keys in the top panel.
- Enter your password and click on Show private keys.
- Search for ETH and copy its Private Key.
- Go back to the Import account screen in Metamask and paste your ETH private key into the field.
- Click Import.
- Voila! You can now access your funds via both Atomic Wallet and Metamask.
- Get the Metamask app for your device from Google Play or App Store.
- Tap Get started.
- Tap Create a new wallet.
- Come up with a password for your Metamask wallet.
- Write your Metamask 12-word backup phrase down and keep it someplace safe.
- Tap the Menu icon.
- Tap your Account's name.
- Select Import an Account.
- Open your Atomic Wallet app and tap the Settings icon.
- Go to Security Private keys & Backup. Enter your password.
- Select ETH from the list and tap Copy.
- In your Metamask app, paste your ETH key into the field and tap Import.
