1. Make sure that you are using the latest version of Atomic Wallet. Download and install it from our website.

  2. Make screenshots of your problem. (zero balances, errors).

  3. Copy your wallet's address. (for  example - LTC address).

  4. Attach an errors.log file.
    In the releases 1.29+ releases you can export it directly in Atomic Wallet interface.

    Log file helps us to define user’s problem with tokens/coins. Send it to us If your balances not showing up, or you see a message “transaction failed” even if you insert correct amount and address.
