I'm experiencing issues with my XRP

If your XRP balance in Atomic Wallet isn't updating, don't panic. The XRP nodes we're using are a bit out of sync at this moment, which may be causing temporary display bugs. Since Atomic Wallet is just an interface that helps you interact with the blockchain, these bugs are purely cosmetic.

This guide will help you to double-check your XRP balance and export your keys if you need to urgently access your funds.

How to check your XRP balance

  1. Go to the Wallet tab on the left sidebar and choose Ripple in your coin list.

  2. Click on Receive.

  3. Copy your XRP address.

  4. Go to the block explorer.
  5. Paste your XRP address into the search bar.

  6. Take a look at your balance on the block explorer.
If you believe it to be correct, it means you're experiencing a mere display bug in your Atomic Wallet. The Ripple nodes we're using should be back in order soon, so please just wait a bit to see your updated XRP balance in your app.

How to export your XRP private keys

If you need to manage your XRP right now, you can import your Atomic Wallet private keys into any other XRP-supporting app.

  3. Click on your private key to copy it to your clipboard.

  4. Import your XRP key into any wallet app of your choice. We recommend the XRP-tuned XUMM wallet.
