I'm experiencing some issues with my NANO

Our NANO nodes are unstable right now due to the increased load, which may be causing balance display bugs and sending transaction glitches. We're already working on bringing everything back in order. Your NANO is safe on the blockchain, so these bugs will have no impact on your actual balance.
Right now, you can import your NANO private keys into some other wallet if you need to urgently access your funds. Check the instructions below for more details.

My NANO coins haven't been deposited to my address after making an exchange

We're currently having some technical issues with getting NANO addresses to activate automatically. If you've just made an exchange trying to buy NANO yet still haven't received your coins, it's quite likely your address hasn't been activated properly. Here's how you can fix that yourself in a few minutes:

  1. Navigate to the Settings tab on the left sidebar and pick the Private keys tab in the top panel. Enter your password and search for NANO. Copy your private key.
  2. Download the Natrium wallet app for your platform at https://natrium.io/.
  3. Hit the Import wallet button.
  4. Tap the plant icon at the top-right corner to switch to the seed entering screen.
  5. Paste your NANO private key.
  6. Tap the cog icon at the top-left corner.
  7. Scroll the navigation sidebar down a bit and tap on Change representative.
  8. Tap on Pick From a List here and choose any representative to your liking.

Once you've made the changes, please message our support team at support@atomicwallet.io

I can't send my NANO

The NANO nodes we're using are unstable right now due to the increased load. Our engineers are already working on scaling them, so everything should be back to normal soon. If you need to urgently access your funds, you can import your private keys into some other wallet and manage your coins there for the time being.

  1. Navigate to the Settings tab on the left sidebar and pick the Private keys tab in the top panel. Enter your password and search for NANO. Copy your private key.
  2. Browse through the list of NANO-supporting wallets here: https://nano.org/get-nano. Once you make your choice, download the app and import your NANO private key into it. Alternatively, just follow our instructions for the Natrium wallet up to step 5 (there's no need to change your representative in your case).
